Often when trouble of any kind finds us we respond with “why me?” as if suffering were something we should run away from at all cost. Yet Peter gives us perspective when it comes to suffering, going so far as to refer to it as a blessing… Why would suffering ever be considered a blessing? We find the answer in 1 Peter 4:12-19

Some might object that this message be entitled “Submit, Part 4,” since it is about the role of husbands who are called to be leaders, but submission is in a way a death to the self. A husband is called to submit to living out the example of Christ especially in his marriage. This message focuses on 1 Peter 3:7
