This statement summarizes the vision of our student ministry. Our student ministry is made up of Warren and Fountain county students from grades 7-12. Between parents, teachers, social workers, and recently graduated students, we are blessed to have a church wide emphasis on reaching this generation with the truth of Jesus Christ. We firmly believe that we are powerless without the leading and work of Christ in our ministry.
We currently are averaging around 35 students per week with our Youth Sundays but that is not all we do. Our ministry involves a heavy emphasis on camps like CIY and Hanging Rock Christian Camp. We make an effort to maintain consistent communication with our parents. We have a dedicated Christian Education Team that helps lead and support the ministry. We seek to create opportunities for students to be equipped and understand their gifts. All of these things are dependent on the work of Christ at WCC which is why our leadership team adopted our vision statement in the first place.
