Flee, Follow, Fight

June 2, 2016

As people following after Jesus, our practice should be to remain uncontaminated by the world around us so that we can present ourselves to Christ in purity. “Formerly I was a blasphemer, persecutor, and insolent opponent.” These words written by Paul to Timothy tell a story, not only of the life of Paul before he met Jesus, but of the incredible grace of Jesus. We begin our series called “Practically Jesus,” living like Jesus, with conversion- recognizing that any claim a Christian has to new life is because God intervened.
